Aoraki Alpine Lodge

Aoraki/Mt Cook Alpine Lodge

Aoraki Lodge in winter

Mount Cook locals Tony and Adele Delaney wanted to offer a new high-quality accommodation option for visitors, one which had the comforts of home, at affordable prices.

This came to fruition in September 2005 - the first new accommodation built in Aoraki/ Mount Cook in nearly 50 years!

The modern well appointed 15 room lodge can cater for up to 40 guests. It's spacious kitchen and lounge are a natural focal point for guests to soak up the dramatic view.

Adele, Tony, and son Harry reside in the Lodge (tucked out of sight), and are ably assisted Anita and Janene.

The Lodge is quickly gaining a reputation as a great place to stay. You can look forward to a welcoming relaxed atmosphere, and friendly people - which doesn't cost the earth!
